Fellow of Institute of Electrical Engineering, UK. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from BHU (Benaras Hindu University) and pursued Post-Graduation and Management studies at Manchester Technical College, U K. He was awarded an Honorary D.Litt Degree from Benares Hindu University. He is Fellow of All India Management Association and also Fellow of Indian Value Engineering Society. He was former CMD (Chairman & Managing Director) of Crompton Greaves Limited and has over five decades of experience in Electrical & Electronics Industry. Post retirement, he is mentoring few CEO's and is an active investor in a few start-up companies.

He was Past President/ Chairman of ASSOCHAM (Association of Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, All India Management Association, All India Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association, CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) Western Region, amongst others.

He is Chairman of the Company during since inception. He was a recipient of various awards including Lifetime Achievement award for HRD.

B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and has undergone Management courses in India and Overseas. He was formerly, the Managing Director of Tata Steel Ltd. Before his appointment to this position, he held various senior positions in Tata Steel Ltd. including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director - India and South East Asia.

Mr. Nerurkar has been conferred with several prestigious awards such as the 'Tata Gold Medal 2004', 'SMS Demag Excellence Award 2002', 'Steel 80's Award - 1990', 'SAIL Gold Medal - 1989', 'Visveswaraya Award - 1988' and 'NMD Award 1987'. Mr. Nerurkar won Deming prize (2008) and Deming Grand Prize 2012, Prime Minister's trophy for best integrated steel plant for four consecutive years. He is associated with various professional associations as Senior Vice President, All India Management Association (AIMA),Chairman, Board of Governors, XLRI, Chairman, National Metallurgical Laboratory Research Council, Member of Governing Council, CSIR.

Mr. Haruo Igarashi has completed a specialization in Business Management and Marketing) from University of Phoenix, USA

In addition to his working experience at Igarashi headquarter in Japan, he has worked in Igarashi Sales entities in USA, Germany, and China for over three decades experience in driving International Automotive Sales, Marketing, General Management, Strategy, Supply Chain Management and Organization Development.

He had been in charge of Global purchasing for the Igarashi Group across the Globe

He had been steering “One Igarashi Program” across Igarashi Global entities.

He has two decade plus experience as on Board of Igarashi Electric Works Ltd, Japan (‘Promoter’).

Mr. Haruo Igarashi is a younger brother of Mr. Keiichi Igarashi, President & CEO of Igarashi Electric Works Ltd, Japan.

Mr. R Chandrasekaran, 55 years old, is a Post Graduate with over 31 years’ experience in the auto components industry. During his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for 14 years, he was actively involved in crafting Business Strategy, Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management, Human Resource Management, Information Technology Management and Supply Chain Management.

He has been associated with the Company since1993 and worked as Chief Financial Officer until September 30, 2019.

Mr. R Chandrasekaran has been appointed as Managing Director effective from October 01, 2019.

Mr. L Ramkumar (Age : 63 years) (DIN: 00090089), is a Commerce Graduate, Cost Accountant and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

He has over 39 years of rich and varied experience (across consumer goods, automotive, mechanical and engineering goods, telecom cable and optical fibre industries) in senior management including 27 years in Tube Investments of India Ltd in various capacities viz., Managing Director & President, Chief Financial Officer.

Currently, Mr. Ramkumar is Chairman of Shanti Gears Limited.

Mr. L Ramkumar was appointed as Non-Executive & Independent Director from July 30,2020 for 5 years.

He is not holding shares of the Company.

Mr. Thomas McKeough has completed a Bachelor Degree (Business Administration) – Illinois State University, USA

Mr. Thomas McKeough has been the President of Igarashi Motor Sales USA, LLC, USA since 2014 leading Igarashi Group Business in countries viz., USA and Mexico for DC electrical motors for applications in automotive, appliance & office equipment.

During his rich and diverse Igarashi career of over thirty years, he had experience on driving Global Business Development, Business Planning, Marketing & Sales, Commercials, Global OEMs & Tier-1 Customer Relationship, Application Engineering, Finance, General Management and organizational development.

Mrs. Vinodhini Sendhil Manian (Age : 44 years), Non-Executive & Independent Woman Director for a term of 5 years with effect from April 01,2020 subject to approval of the shareholders.

She is a Gaduate in Economics and Post Graduate in Business Administration from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM).

Having over 20 years’ experience including (1) Corporate Sector leadership role Sales Management - retail/institutional sales, Team Management, Sales Budget, Sales Promotion events, Marketing Management - brand strategy, marketing research tools, Advertising & Sales Promotion, Customer & channel management in the Companies viz., CavinKare, Castrol India, Amararaja Batteries and World Space. (2) Academic experience includes teaching the Post Graduate Management Students - Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, International Business, Marketing Management, Soft Skills/motivational training.

Currently, she is working as Assistant Professor – School of Management, MOP Vaishnav College of woman, Chennai.

She is not holding directorship in Companies. She is holding NIL shares of the Company.
